There is a Nor’easter outside but, the first spring mini daffodils bloomed inside.

Costco had this set of four glass vases with bulbs. The bulbs sit on plastic trays so they are not completely in the water. We didn’t expect to see a bloom for weeks.

Well, I woke up to snow in NJ yesterday in NJ (March 20!!)...I'm very happy it didn't stick around...so your sunny daffodils are quite a welcome reminder that spring is really here. What a great idea...I've never seen one of these sets (what fun gifts they would be, too).
Thanks so much for your comment on my bucket post. Isn't it a peach?! Apparently it was sitting in the shop for quite a while, too, which at that price is pretty shocking. I *still* don't know what I want to do with it! I think I might set a little "faux table" with it as-is to see what I think. I'm a terrible decision maker.
I'd love to see a post with your polished silver! Good luck with your new blog...I'll be back for sure. Us beachy types need to stick together. :-)
